1. Definitions
In these general terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:
a. Entrepreneur: FietsFixers, the company that offers products and services in its physical store.
b. Customer: any natural or legal person who purchases products or services from FietsFixers.
c. Products: all goods offered by FietsFixers, such as bicycle parts and accessories.
d. Services: all work offered by FietsFixers, such as repairs, maintenance and assembly.
2. Applicability
2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, work, agreements and deliveries of FietsFixers.
2.2 Deviations from these conditions are only binding if they have been agreed in writing.
3. Offers and prices
3.1 All stated prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Offers are non-binding and valid while supplies last.
3.3 Price changes are subject to change, for example, due to changing purchase prices or legal obligations.
4. Agreement
4.1 An agreement is concluded when the customer places an order or has a service performed, and FietsFixers confirms this.
4.2 Verbal agreements are only valid if confirmed in writing.
5. Payment
5.1 Payment must be made upon collection of products or upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
5.2 Payment can be made in cash, by debit card, or via other payment methods offered by FietsFixers. 5.3
In the event of late payment, the customer is in default and collection costs may be charged.
6. Performance of Services
6.1 FietsFixers will perform the agreed services to the best of its knowledge and ability.
6.2 If, during performance, it appears that additional work is required, FietsFixers will contact the customer for approval.
7. Delivery and Retention of Title
7.1 Purchased products will be delivered directly to the store or by appointment.
7.2 All delivered products remain the property of FietsFixers until full payment has been made.
8. Warranty
8.1 The manufacturer's warranty applies to new products.
8.2 A warranty period of 3 months applies to repairs, unless otherwise agreed.
8.3 The warranty is void in the event of improper use or damage by third parties.
9. Liability
9.1 FietsFixers is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9.2 Liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product or service.
10. Complaints and Returns
10.1 Complaints about products or services must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery or performance.

11. Force Majeure
11.1 FietsFixers is not liable for damages resulting from force majeure, such as illness, power outages, fire, or pandemics.
11.2 In the event of force majeure, FietsFixers has the right to suspend or terminate the agreement.
12. Applicable Law
12.1 All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
12.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where FietsFixers is established.
